illegal drugs. Determine when the 'will deliver its load
of illegal contraband in the form of drugs.

requirements reflected in para 1. Viewer 079 was front-loaded
with all available operational data related to this case.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
is currently located off the northwest
'coa,;:iit. of Columbia at a point estimated as being about 100 miles
due west of "Pta Marzo", Columbia. See ENCLOSURr: I.
In about three to six days (during the week of 23 September
SG1A 1'100), the
SG1A
will be north of the Venkif.A.Jm coast at a
location estimated at 100 miles south southwest of Or and on
a direct line to '':1:. cc Hierro", Venezuela. SEE ENCLOSURF 2.
The
will then set sail for Mexico. It will receive
instructions as to its actual destination while en route.'
Two probable poi -ts-of-call where the drugs are likely to be
unloaded were indicated as follows:: The first, at a location
described as east of the Province of Quintana Roo, Mexico, and in
the vicinity of "Pta Nohku" (Pta Nohku is immediately north of
Pta "Herrero"); the second location was described as "Tampico"
which is on the southeast coast of the Province of "Tamaulipa" in
Mexico.
The phonetics of a name "described as "Weislan" surfaced
during the latter portion of the session. Its significance could
Ii ot be readily determined.
