Describe the port of destination for the present trip. 3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS BY MONITOR (018) : a. Inclemencies: None reported. b. The session was conducted in a standard CRV mode. O11 spent a great deal of time getting extremely strong contact with the ship before continuing into the tasked items. (S/NF/SK) The contraband which is aboard the is located forward of midship, on the right-hand side, and below the water line. Access to this cargo is accomplished by divers unbolting (a) plate(s), attached to the outside of the hull (SEE ENCLOSURE 1). 2. (S/NF/SK) The contraband is packaged in rectangular "blocks", approximately 24"x18"x8", or 18"x12"x6". These packages contain a very dense, fine, brownish, powdery substance wrapped with heavy brown paper, thick heavy plastic, and an outer layer of woven material that is impregnated and coated with some sort of resinous substance. Each block weighs approximately 15-20 pounds (SEE ENCLOSURE 2). SG1A 3. (S/NF/SK) The location where the contraband is loaded onto the SG1A - was not addressed in this session. 4.
