SUBJECT: SUN STREAK Operational Report - 8905 (U)
1. (S/NF/SK) During the period of 9 February 1989 to 17 March
1989 inclusively, fourteen remote viewing sessions were conducted
in an effort to d t.ermir,_ :: _: and key function of target

a distinct lack of correlation in tl, results furnished by the
remote viewers.

Viewer 025 described the activity as a form of experimentation
whose appiicat. ion res_;i? ?&t,-` ions to the skin as
well as sores and lesions; i t also caused a paralysis of the
autonomical pulmonary system. Aii es-.imated seventy personnel
were involved in this rF s t i, -,c }hat ultimately produced a
"small quantity of pollutants." The subjects of these
experiments appeared to be fearful and reluctant volunteers who
received some form of The "A" and "C"

3. (S/NF/SK) Viewer 095 perceived Bu_uiiding "C", TAB A, as being
associated with some Barn, of bi_>ltgi :si testing. There was a
strong repetitive presen _ of and the use of
?reagents" (reactionary agerii~t-s) ,.in_l ed repetitively on a daily
basis. Containers in the : or ni of dr urns were stored in the
vicinity of the target site. The drums contained chemicals
described as thick with a "greenish tinge."
