smuggling operation involving a vessel known as the
SG1A
4. REQUIREMENTS:
a. Determine current location of vessel.
b. Determine the time, date and location where the contraband in
the form of illegal drugs, will be unloaded.
c. Describe activity at the unloading point at time of
unloading.
d. Determine and describe route of travel.
