a. Descri tion: Large. Sides are black from waterline up to a

narrow cream-colored band at the top. The foredeck is also light or cream-
colored, and is bowed upward (see sketch, Fig. 1). The back end of the ship
is pronouncedly rounded (see sketch, Fig. 2). The superstructure is also
light cream-colored.
b. Location: At time of search (1.307 hrs, 11 APR 90), ship was
located at approximately 20 deg. 40' N / 68 deg 15' W. and appeared to be
heading in a northward direction (see map, Fig. 3).
c. Carrying contraband?: Impression was of contraband in the form of
arms/weapons.
d. If so, where is contraband on board?: At time of search (1315
hrs, 11 APR 90), I detected what appeared to be a cache of weapons located
on the right side of the ship, slightly forward, approximately level with
the waterline (see diagrams, Figs 4 & 5).
e. Name of the vessel: Repeated attempts produced "Her...",

Impressions of destination for the arms/weapons being on the eastern coast
of the southeastern U.S. at a bay whose mouth is circled on the north and
east by a semi-circle of small islands (see sketch, Fig. 6). General area
not further specified in this session. There was a strong impression that
the weapons would be dropped underwater for divers to pick up later.
