1. (S/STD) MISSION: Provide information on narcotics-
smuggling operation.
2. (S/STD) VIEWER TASKING: Encrypted coordinates, four
specific EEI, name of vessel, and map of North Atlantic ocean.
3. (S/STD) COMMENTS: No Physical Inclemencies. Viewer did
not execute a standard session in response to the tasking, but
rather worked directly off the "Report of Requested Information"
sheet.
4. (S/STD) EVALUATION: Other than vessel's name, no other ops
data was provided viewer. Viewer stated that vessel departed
from Spain, with destination of "Philadelphia." In view of ops
data, Philadelphia is unlikey destination, though inherently
possible. Viewer also provided the name "Zeibart," which may be
Dutch. Since one of vessel's ports-of-call was in the
Netherlands, this may have some sort of significance. Confidence
estimate: 50%.
