SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
Target is currently in a large, extravagapt, terraced house
on a lush, green, steep slope. The owner is "landed gentry" and
has "old" "new" money. There is a small, poor town in the
valley to the left of the house as one looks down at the town.
There are cement block houses and shacks with corrugated tin
roofs. The main road is paved. Several of the crossroads are
dirt.
Target is not using an alias as it is not needed. He feels
confident, relaxed and secure.
Location (strongest feel): 'vi c:: of Puerto Ayacucho,
Venezuela. (weaker feel): vi c:: Boa Vista, Brazil.
