This is a location where it is dusty, gritty, bumpy brown and wavy. One feature gives the perception of a glimmering, light blue area reminiscent of a pool. However, there is a dryness associated with this Ca dry liquid L?]). An 1, object is roughly square with a very uneven surface. It has what apI ears to be creases or folds across the front of it which are shadowy. A second area has a feeling of isoiationl emptiness and desolation and it is wide and flat in the +OregrMAFICL. It is rolling or wavy on the horizon with bands of different colors undulating with the waves. Within the middle distance of this view are dark objects which have -a pointed ovoid shape. There v7 are three of these objects sitting at varying distances from iii 3 point of view. Elsewhere is a row of objects which appear as squaryN.:1---off horseshoes with the closed side on top. They are abutted next to each other and extend or project horizontally away from me in a row. There is a stuttered and stammered as .to the dimensionality of this group of objects. Again, there is a perception that the entire area is empty, desolate and abrOS ive. Nearby are black, angled objects which are supporting something. Near the activity are rows of black dots or circles. There is an overall military orientation di& assoL.iated with this activity. There is a square-shaped object which relays a feeling of fragmented or separated. It contains a series of smaller dark and squarish "hollow" areas which are separated by thick walls or sides. These smaller areas appear hollow but there is a presence of something contained within Lhem. These objects belong exist as part of a larger "system". There is a series of black curving lines nearby. There is a hidden, fluid movement associated with the square object. ft is reroiscent of water gently flowing through an open chute and then cascading off the end of the chute. It is very dark where this liquid movement is occurring and the air is thick/heavy a" at 1 a This phenomenon is reminiscent of an underground drainage or sewage tunnel. Elsewhere there is a diek. series of tube-like objects with collars sitting on end. They are closely packed and touch one an The activity involves. several individuals in groups of one of two, all of which are wearing something green. Each group is conducting a different movement/task. TWo individuals are lifting or holding a large piece of thin material (reminiscent of a large sheet of paper) as this material is ejected or discharged from a large object. These two individuals carry this material to a table or bench (2) c:: I:; E T NOFORN Approved For Release 2003/05/15 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000800110011-0 Approved For Release 2003/05/15: CIA-RDP96-00789R000800110011-0 C: "I- 1\11...1F:1:J1:Z1\1 where a single iridividLa turns and +olds the material. It is folded 4 or 6 times. The folded material then is passed to the right where chopping and cutting is invf:A.ved. ft appears that the folded object is cut or chopped into equally sized pieces. There are two more individuals associated with this cutting step. This entire process takes place either underground or within a thick walled, windowless structure. It is necessary for the individuals hands to be protected. There are feelings of fragmented, disjointed and compartmented here. The activity has a sense of extreme secrecy associated with it. gECRET NOFORN Approved For Release 2003/05/15 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000800110011-0 Approved For Release 2003/05/15 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000800110011-0 ? a74a.U-EC;i.
