An airdrop was aborted in the past. An aircr.ft will make a drop

approximately 80 miles south of the Dominican Republic near the
border o.f: Haiti at 17 10'N / 71 50'W. The second is approximately
il0 miles south cyf La Romana in the Dominican Republic at
17 50' N / 68 50'W. It is a silver, two engine aircrM:t, with
