(S/STD/NF) Remote Viewer 018 determined the location of the target vessel as being at geographical coordinates, 10?30'N/76? 15'W in an area located between Barranquilla and Cartagena, Colombia. Except for a small amount of drugs destined far personal use, na contraband in the farm of illegal drugs were found to be aboard ship. In view of these findings, 018 terminated the session. 3. (S/STD/NF) Assumedly, this target was the sub,~ect of a collection effort pursued by the SUN STREAK team in Key West, Florida. Lack of time and personnel precluded any further effort against this target. However, 018 was advised that the vessel's route of travel should have been pursued to determine possibly where and when the target vessel might have on-loaded contraband in the form of illegal drugs.
