(S/STD/NF) On 29 June 1990, three remote viewing sessions were conducted to determine the presence and location of illegal contraband in the form of dr s at a port facility identified as, 2. (5/STD/NF) Remote Viewer 025 indicated the presence of illegal contraband in the form of drugs at geographical coordinates, 12?10'01 "N/71?57'42"W, and at geographical coordinates 1211'50"N/71?55'30"W. The drugs were not perceived as being stored aboard a vessel or in a structure/building. The drugs were located in a "chamber" (room/enclosure?"); the "chamber" was surrounded by the colors silver, white and red. The drugs were packaged in plastic paper and in boxes bearing red and white labels. Distribution of the drugs was effected at night time. The presence of cinder blocks, wood planks, and small boats were in the immediate target area. 3. (S/STD/NF) Viewer 052 perceived the illegal contraband as being located at geographical coordinates 12?09'55"N/71?56'50"W; and at geographical location at 12?12'55"N/71?56'50"W. The presence of waterfall was perceived in the first target area. The second target area is marked by the presence of a warehouse; the contraband appears to be leaning against the building. Rifles are in the area. The contraband has a dry taste and does not seem to be cocaine. A greenish glow and the presence of a .bad, "queasy" odor .~a'`'associated with the site. 4. (S/STD/NF) Both remote viewers perceived the presence of several other storage sites in the target area. Both indicated that the contraband was not located aboard vessels. Assumedly this problem was also addressed by SUN STREAK personnel in Key West, Florida.
