(S/STD/NF) On 27 April 1990, three remote viewers (# 018, 079, and 095) conducted one SOLO session each, for a total of three RV sessions to determine: a. The current location of the 41 foot sport fisherman b. If contraband was aboard, and, if not, would any be onloaded; c. If present, the kind of contraband, how wrapped, how stored; d. Where/when transfer or off-load would be made. 2. (S/STD/NF) 018 reported present location as 2512N/7752W as of 271500L Apr 90. The vessel was not carrying contraband, but was transporting "captive people," which it hoped to trade for narcotics. Prospective transfer was to take place at a tiny island "a few miles due south of Nassau (2457N/7722W), after which the vessel would proceed to Shroud City for a short visit before turning west and heading for the US. Ultimate offload/transfer of narcotics cargo would occur vic Miami area, "possibly Miami Beach." Time of occurrence was not determined, but an impression was present "that it will not go as planned." The man involved is "extremely wierd and dangerous!" 3. (S/STD/NF) 079 reported that "an offloading of contraband" would occur near 2600N/7800W within 24 hours of 271500L Apr 90. One of the vessels would then sail south and turn east into the Bahamas. One of the vessels involved is a "large cargo [vessel]." Source could not determine if the had SG1A contraband onboard. 4. (S/STD/NF) 095 reported the vessel to be 2206N/7530W at 271500L Apr 90, and presently carrying no narcotics contraband. Vessel was cruising around with no immediate destination. Cocaine will be onloaded 292000L to 292400L Apr 90 somewhere in an area between 2450N/7610W (vic Rock Sound Eluthera) and 2410N/7610W (Exuma Sound). Cocaine will be offloaded in the Florida Keys, somewhere between Key Largo and Tavernier.
