The aircraft has tricycle landing gear, is light on board, though there is a co-pilot position. The aircraft is reminiscent of a U-12/C-21 type aircraft. It seemed empty of cargo at the time (20 1130L Apr 90) when observed. 3. (S/STD/NF) When 003 tried to focus on the question of when/where the airdrop would take place, he keyed into an "activit of_.._i,aortance occurring currently (20 1130L Apr 90) at approx- N751W (NW Jamaica, S of Carnaguay, Cuba).
