The residence is located in the area o.
REPLY: The target is an enclosed complex with a multi-
storied building located among several other
smaller support buildings. It is surrounded by a
chain link fence. An access road and a rail link
are in the vicinity. The area south of the target
is open and grassy; large body of water is located
east of the complex. The place feels abandoned.
Red clay/dirt is perceived in the area.
ACTION: No action taken.

1. (S/STD) RV 003. This individual appeared to have a "better feel" for the
area of concern though no specific match-ups could be found. But again, this
general information could have been obtained from media reporting.
a. (S/STD) The area periodically has dense vegetation on rolling hills
that surround a man made reservoir.
b. (S/STD) No "water tower" is present in this area although RV 003 may
be visualizing the water slide present at

Latin America or exclusive areas, particularly with the unlimited resources
available to drug kingpins.
