E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The target is currently going over final plans. His incountry
destination is a coastal city. He will "make a dash for it" when
he attempts to leave. The city is on a wide, open plain and has a
pronounced sky line.
His actions are being "toned down" by his higher ups. He is
considered a maverick and a loose cannon by many above him. He
wants to conduct his operations completely by himself. He has a
"messiah" complex, hates Rafsanjani and all whites in general. He
has to get the final go ahead from a religious leader.
He intends to conduct the operation in early July. He has
permission to travel north but wants to go south and then west
instead. His higher ups want him to make contact with Soviet
Arabs. However, this is not his intention and he wants to "bloody
the waters" dramatically.
He will go to an airport near the water. He will fly via an
African carrier and use an African passport. His direction will be
southwest and then northwest. The impression is from Beirut to
Sudan to Morocco. His intent is to interfere/intercept the
transport of a large, militarily important object. There is a
curved, smooth surface reminiscent of a section of a rocket. His
destination is in a city where there is a statue of a mythical
creature emerging from the water. He considered the Olympics
"small time".
