Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R0010018200P3l Summary of Information SG1A The target vessel is currently located at: This location is approximately 200 statute miles NE of CLIPPERTON ISLAND and approximately 650 statute miles SW of ACAPULCO, MEXICO. The vessel itself has a weakened area on its left (port) side. This area had been repaired/patched before. The vessel lists in that direction. The integrity of the vessel is incomplete. It is lacking something like a component or part, etc. The vessel is hard to steer. This is affecting the direction in which the crew wants to go. There have been scraping sounds and jagged surfaces. There is a pool of black, sticky liquid in the boat. A "black diamond" shape is significant to the boat. A circular arrangement of rivets or bolts is important. This specific location is associated with the concept of being "heavily watched". Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001001820003-7
