E. SESSION SUMMARY:
EEI 4(a): The target vessel is definitely dirty.
EEI 4(b): It has left a port; the name is indistinct.
However, the target vessel is currently moving. I can sense the
water rushing by her bow as she slices through the water.
EEI 4(d): The vessel has visited MARACABO BAY at one point.
This was a major stop for it. Another stop', was CALLE... It's
final destination is a place where there ar'e the facilities to
actually dismantle a vessel. There is a large open structure big
enough for a ship to sail into. It does not feel that the target
vessel will go to those facilities per se, but it is an area where
there are those individuals who can do the type of work (i.e. ship
dismantling). This is part of their regular job. This place is
also associated with large spinning objects reminiscent of rotary
equipment (i.e. electric motor armatures).
The final destination is also a place where the sea is very
cloudy or muddy in the GULF OF MEXICO region. It looks more like
a river than the ocean here. The name GALVESTON keeps popping up.

EEI 4(e): Perceived associated names are: GREMLIN or
GREN...; SEA something (the 2d name has to do with an insect like
gnat, fly or bee, etc.); and WARNER'S GEM.
EEI 4(f): Perceived associated personality names are: TYLER
or TAYLOR; CUEN...; HAMMER...; TEAPOLE, TEAMAN,'TEALLY...something
that is TEA...; and VITROLOCK.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: The concept of stairs or a staircase was
strong. An object is reminiscent of a large, flat carpenter's
pencil. I also felt that the HUMINT source is directly associated
with the ship. The concept of aircraft was also perceived.
