The aircraft carrier being built at Nikolayev on the Black Sea is assessed to be nuclear powered. and it is expected M have f,itl- the KIEV's vertical take off and landing type, it will probably be fitted with arresting gear and steam catapults like those on US aircraft carriers. This ship and her new aircraft will begin tests before the end of the decade. The new class of Soviet carriers will help to eliminate deficiencies in two areas. The first capabilities to become more influential in the Third World. To achieve this goal, they need to be able to provide air protection for naval forces as well as to protect and assist ground forces operating ashore. There is something on the top that is rounded, ring-shaped, and jagged with many angles. The entire structure seems to be clouded in a fog or smoke that is all around it. But it may not be covering the top portion of the structure. There are many things/objects on the top or inside the top of this structure. There are people shapes around it. One person is standing on the bottom of the structure. He is small in relation to it. There may be people that are working inside the top of the structure. There are a lot of objects that seem to be laying around somewhere. They are bright, glowing, jagged and have all different kinds of shapes. They are all parts and/or relative to each other. They work together to do something or get. something done. Colors evident are black, blue and green. The purpose of the structure is resourceful, scientific, and political. It makes me think of natural resources. Something about this structure seems to be looking for something, searching, hunting and/or gathering.
