Site is a tall and broad structure of modern, urban design.
Predominant colors are white, silver, browns. One portion of the
structure is patterned with closely spaced rectangles. The
structure has many right angles but there is also some angles
that are less than right angles. The structure has a flat roof
with a raised rim. The land immediately around the structure is
flat but slopes down in all directions after that. In one
direction is water. In that same direction is a series of
rectangular structures in a row. There is city nearby. On one
side the structure extends upward vertically,- on the other side
the structure slopes up at an angle then crosses horizontally and
then curves upward. Between these two sides of the building is
an airy area. Below the bottom horizontal line of the building
is water and also a tubular shaped compartment. The very top of
the building is in two piecest a cap and an under portion. There
is motion associated with the cap.
The cap is metallic and has a funcLi a use though the
architect went out of his way to make it somewhat ornate. Lots
of the structural components terminate here. There are rails and
supports in the cap. Associated with the cap is the idea of
timed motion. The cap has an inside which is a large open room.
People are there +or specific blocks of time. They are watching
and chattering. The room is smoky. The people either time thc?.
motion.or keep time by the mca:ion.\
