Per our personnel folks, we can't do that since they're DIA people still at Ft Meade. This lets him review the OERs and appraisals though, so it's workable. In accordance with a recent MIB decision, operational control of the sub'ect ro ram has been transferred to the Army Staff. DAMI-P0, is the focal paint on the rogram. All inquiries on the program should be referred to SG11 SG1J SG1J 2. Intermittent DT support for the program, in the person of - - may be required for the next few months. Please estab s t e necessary procedures to have available for periodic con- sultations as necessary, consistent with his normal workload. 3. The program staff will remain assigned to DIA for the duration of S G11 the test program this fiscal year. The manpower authorizations are and will remain in DIA. While operational control of the staff will be exercised by administrative control and support will remain with DT nc u ing payroll accounting, and appraisals and OER S G11 closeout. is authorized to monitor appraisal and OER preparation an wi coordinate their closeout through DIA/DT; no reporting official changes will be made at this time as a result of this decision. Any requirements for TDY by the program staff will be funded by the Army project during this period.
