psychoenergetics (i.e., remote viewing) capability for the Intelligence Community and to
determine remote viewing threat potential.It is an in-house activity consisting of 10 billets

o (S/NF/SS-2) Program accomplishments: During prior years, SUN STREAK personnel were selected,
training was initiated, and some operational projects were pursued. During FY88 and FY89,
proven training techniques were continued, skills were improved, and additional operational
projects were performed.
