EVALUATION DATA: Viewer Confidence (H/M/L): Evaluator's Estimate: E. SESSION SUMMARY' The United States Marines delegation will leave Somalia during the March/April time period. At the time of the withdrawal, there will be a no win situation. The reason for the withdrawal is that it will be felt that too much money is being spent. The Somalian government will change internally on its own terms. Even though the Somalian terrorists have rudimentary weaponry, it is effective. The United States Marines and the United Nations delegation will continue as "watch keepers" but it is a wait and see situation. The northern portion of the country is the mast volatile now., Terrorism and gun fire is high here. The word "MUZAK/MUJAK" phonetically surfaced as a leader or an area that is important.
