NOTE: Initial indications from effort done at home during the
hypnogogic time of sleep indicated a mark a eft and below of
center, ie B-3; fighting this off as the result of an advanced
visual, a second effort made on ,'Feb 93 in a tactile search mode
indicated a result of C-2. A third effort conducted in a tactile
search mode again revealed C-2.

3. BACKGROUND: We are beginning a
new type
of
communication
proficiency project for a potential
customer.
It
involves the
selection of one of the appropriate "squares" on
the
attached 4X4
matrix.
----This series will involve the use of a beacon person (Mickie).
She will select a square randomly and mark it with a large "X"
----Initially, no specific message will be associated with the
selection. At a later date, this approach will be adapted for
actual message transmission (from a prisoner, hostage etc.)
4. ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INFORMATION:
--Using the attached unmarked matrix, please "select" and mark
the proper square.
