is a suspected latin american drug dealer.
He is a medium to small sized man. Although this man is not prone
to violence, he carries a knife in a leather sheath to his right
hand side. He lives in a house in a semi-tropical region in
Central or South America and there are water ways around him. He
works as part of a group involving illegal activities wherein he
transports drugs over water to other locations to be sold for
profit. This man is nat powerful, is on the lower end of the
spectrum and is considered a go between. He works as a drug dealer
traveling over water carrying drugs and has been successful in the
recent past. Planes may be utilized in the process and November is
an active month for drug related activities.
