(U) Personnel: Per NMIPC (P-AS1) our authorized strength remains at 11 with five personnel assigned. R W. Intel Tech, accepted a position in Her start was 3 April 95. With her departure we are at 45% of authorized strength. 2. (U) Administration: - No change. 3. (U) Training: attended HIV/AIDS training on 28 Apr 95. 4. (C) Travel: - None. 5. (U) Tranbportation/Logistics: - Mar 95 mileage report forwarded to DAL-2 on on 4 May 95. - GDIP funding for PAX-TA facility and base support to include supplies closes out on 30 Sep 95. (S/NF/WN/SG/LIMDIS) Operations: - Additional tasking received from JIATF-West. Four projects were tasked. Feedback received on three of the four projects. Project targets were personalities involved in illegal drug trade. Customer feedback assessed the accuracy of the data provided and the value of that information to the customer, Feedback also included a written analysis to support the numerical results. With regard to the accuracy of the info provided by our three Activity sources, the scores ranged from a score of 1 (TRUE) to a 3 (POSSIBLY TRUE) with the mid-range being a 2 (MAYBE TRUE). With regard to the value of the info to the customer, the scores ranged from a score of 3 (OF VALUE) to a 5 (NO VALUE) with a mid-range score of 3 (OF VALUE) for all three projects. Evaluation scoring is IAW DIAM 58-13 (HUMINT). Evaluations were conducted by senior analysts and the data provided is used to enhance database holdings and to task other INTs for additional data. - Two in-house proficiency enhancements projects were also conducted in order to enhance and maintain skill proficiency. Approval of the CIA request from the Chief, ORD could facilitate the efforts of the CIA designated "Blue Ribbon" panel and the efforts of the DCI Declassification Committee. As a result of a 5 May meeting with CS on this issue (at the request of Chief, PAX), memo redone to state that declassification of programs sponsorship rests with CIA effective 1 July 95. SG1J - 18 April 95: tote on Project STAR GATE highlights regarding a program transfer, the transfer of documents, and operations forwarded to PAX, PA and PC-D for information. 21 April 95: Unsolicited information passed by ORD/CIA to this Activity for input into the "system." Info provided was with regard to the Oklahoma City Bombing. Data was provided by Dr. Ed May, SAIC, (our former contractor) to CIA. Info was generated by a former member of this Activity who was under contract to SAIC. Info passed to PGT-1 for action and to?Chief, PAX, for info. No feedback as to data provided. 7. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Future Highlights: SG1I - 5 May 95: Meeting with CS regarding Project STAR GATE. - 10 May 95: to chair monthly STIC-C meeting. - 15 May 95: to brief SAPOC on Project status. - 19 May 95: Memo for CS regarding Project STAR GATE closure. - 25 May 95: FOIA response regarding Project operational activities due.
