A Approved For Release 2003/09/4 : #IA-RDP96-00789R002600060002-6 Gharith Pendragon 326 East Crestline Drive San Antonio, Texas 78201 # (512) 734-5822 DOT Declassification/Release Instructions on File Commander George Flanigan, USCG Commander OLE 11th Coast Guard District Union Bank Building 400 Oceangate Long Beach, California 90822-5399 Dear Sin. 19 March 1991 I am writing to you today with the personal knowledge and permission of Commander Jim Force, the OLE Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District in New Orleans. I am a teacher and a professional psychic who resides in San Antonio, Texas where I assist Commander Force's Department on a confidential, volunteer basis. Due to my Mother's increasing bad health, it appears I will be spending some time this year in your region. My reason for writing is to provide you with information and background regarding my work and services. I make it a practice to offer my confidential services to Governmental Agencies and Law Enforcement Agencies on a non-profit, volunteer basis. As you will see from my enclosures, I have established a good record and reputation in my, psychic work over the years. I would like to offer my volunteer services to your Department by assisting on any unsolved cases in which few or no clues are presently available. Please understand that I hold your personnel in the highest regard. However, I sincerely believe my skills can be beneficial to your efforts. The skills that I have augment and supplement those of trained professionals in cases where normal procedures have yielded few or no clues. I have successfully assisted Law Enforcement and Federal Agencies on various investigations involving missing adults and children. I have also been successful in obtaining important and helpful information on cases involving arson, robbery, murder, and locating people lost in the wilderness and on the open Ocean. I have done this work in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, and now in Texas. I have also established confidential, volunteer working relationships with Lt. Col Robert Christy, Commander of the Security Police at Lackland Air Force Base; and with Colonel Carl Lockett, Regional C.I.D.Commander for U.S. Sixth Army in Presidio, San Francisco. Enclosed please note a letter from Admiral Kozlovsky, U.S. Coast Guard. As the Commander of the 14th Coast Guard District, he is responsible for search and rescue cases for the entire Central Pacific Ocean. I privately assisted Admiral Kozlovsky's staff in these and other cases for a period of three and a half years when I lived in Hawaii. Another noted military reference for me is Colonel Robert Tracy, USA (Ret.) who was a past Western Regional Deputy C.I.D. Commander for the U.S. Army in Presidio, San Francisco. His private home telephone number in Austin, Texas is (512) 331-1712. Four research scientists that continue to monitor my work are Psychologists/Parapsychologists Dr. Scott Jones in Washington D.C. {#(202) 224-5413), and Dr. Stanley Krippner at the Saybrook, Institute in San Francisco (#(415) 441-5034), Psychiatrist Dr. Gary Wilson in San Antonio {#(512) 490- 1300), and Physicist Dr. Claude Swanson in Virginia (graduate of Yale University) {#(703) 848-1860). It is important to stress the fact that I am not seeking publicity in this work. What I hope to achieve is a life in which my abilities are known and recognized among the Authorities, but kept confidential, so that others may benefit. If you have read this far, I thank you for your attention and hope that you will at least remember that my services are indeed at your disposal. I sincerely believe that I can contribute to criminal investigations and search and rescue cases in California as well. Whenever I am in California I can be reached at my Mother's address of. 359 West Maple Street, Glendale, California 91204, # (818) 247-6789.
