The data provided in this report will be used by the J22 division in their assessment effort regarding their counterdrug mission. The information provided in this report was generated by PAG-TA employing remote viewing (RV) methodologies. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The data provided in this report is the third a series of taskings. This project concentrated on the SG1B target The results were forwarded to JTF-5 by secure fax on 28 March 1994. The JTF-5 evaluation feedback is at Appendix B. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone; but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT). Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than specific data (e.g. dimensions, names). (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A: -- The target is associated with a dark-haired, brown- eyed individual who is pudgy or stocky in his physique. The target is located near the shore on green land in a structure with large windows (sketch a). A major lightly paved, somewhat narrow and long road or highway is in the vicinity. The individual is associated with photographs or negatives and may have once been married, if not now. He has been involved with, suspected of, and possibly caught for illegal drug activity to include smuggling in the past. People are currently on his trail. The individual is unable to move at this time with any continued activity. His hands are tied, so to speak. He may be hiding out. This individual or the people he has been associated with are dangerous and are willing to take hostages or a life for the sake of money. (S/NF/SG/LIMB&)B Source B: -- The target, is a middle-size freighter (sketch b). It feels fairly new; this may come from it's seemingly "new" outward appearance. It feels like a solid and very heavy boat. It's current and/or intended course is in a north-northwest direction. This is based on the perception that land can be just seen from the port side of the vessel. -- The location of interest on board occurs within the foredeck portion of the vessel. It is a location where a number of wooden slats or boards have been recently placed REPRODUCTION REQUIRES APPROVAL OF ORIGINATOR OR HIGHER DOD AUTHORITY FURTHER DISSEMINATION ONLY AS DIRECTED BY DIA/PAG OR HIGHER DOD AUTHORITY CLASSIFIED BY MULTIPLE SOURCES DECLASSIFY ON OADR 1 GaWWWROW NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS STAR GATE LIMDIS Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 (sketch c). This location is about half way between the deck and water line, starboard and close to the bow. Metal stairs lead up to this compartment from the back; all other access feels sealed off right now. -- The location of interest (sketch c) is described as follows: --- it is a "room" with wooden boards along the wall and the floor feels as if it has been built up with wood as well; the wood feels like it has been recently placed here and an attempt has been made to "age" the boards with something reminiscent of "dirty paint". --- the starboard/bow corner of this "room" does not feel right; it doesn't feel as solid or dense as the rest of the vessel. --- there are long tubes or pipes lying on the "floor" and parallel to the starboard wall. --- objects which appear as "half barrels" are clustered in the same starboard/bow corner as mentioned above. These "half barrels" feel heavily constructed of metal; green; the caps or lids are faded black. --- the forward or bow-ward wall is very solid and feels like very dense metal; the lower left corner of this wall doesn't feel as solid as the rest of the wall, as previously mentioned. -- Other characteristics associated with this vessel and it's current actions include: --- a number of large, flat sheets of dark material; these occur in very heavy stacks. --- regular sized barrels or drums grouped in 4's and banded together; these are black with either white or yellow. --- at least one object which has the appearance of a detached aircraft wing (sketch d). Something doesn't feel right about the wing-shaped object(s): the "filler" substance, i.e. foam/whatever, feels too heavy and too solid. --- large, white bags which contain a powdery substance i.e. flour, lime or fertilizer, etc. qr~ NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS STAR GATE LIMDIS Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 --- a very large light mounted on the superstructure reminiscent of a search light. --- a flat topped vessel nearby which feels almost abandoned; it has crates with coverings, large cable wenches and "more stairs than feels normal". - (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C: -- The target consisted of a structure that was isolated. The structure was small, square, and low to the ground. The structure was dark in color and there was tall grass around it. The structure was uncared for. It seems as though people come here to meet sometimes but always at night. -- The target activity consists of weapons and weaponry. It looked as though high power rifles are part of the scenario. -- An individual is part of the activity. This person is a hispanic male in his late thirties. He is short and he wears a mustache. He has dark hair and he was wearing a pink shirt. This individual keeps himself in the city in the day time. He surrounds himself by other people. This individual has been involved with drug trafficking in the past. His position in a drug cartel is not one of high importance but not low importance either. He is a middleman. He considers himself a businessman. -- Currently, there is not much activity around the individual. It seems as though he is keeping a low profile. -- As for location, the word "Shannon/Shanawa" or "Channon/Chanaw" phonetically surfaced. The location could pertain to the structure, the weapons activity or the individual or all three. qMIEMP NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS STAR GATE LIMDIS Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 NOFORN STAR GATE LIMDIS Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08;: CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 : ~nfl tiT tJJ W 40 ORN STAR ATE LIMD sketch b Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 :CIA-RDP96-007 0700030001-9 3 co D 11 11-1 -11~6 e \~~ 1%. 1-1 '1-, ORN Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 U/L C RET X N RN STAR TE LIMD Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 UNCLASSIFIED TASKING SHEET Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002700030001-9 UNCLASSIFIED TASKING SHEET SOURCE NO: 079 DATE: 24 Mar 94 SUSPENSE: 25 Mar 94 2.
