(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A: SG1A
-- The target known as the is a medium sized
vessel in terms of footage which is light and black in color with
a tall perhaps circular centerpiece. The target is in good
condition. The vessel is associated with white rock or white
rocks, probably in reference to its cargo (possibly cocaine) or
is near a location with white rock chips. The vessel is in a
warm location with palm plants and beach side waters. The Nataly
is located in the gulf or is harbored. A crew member of this
vessel is caucasian with a slender face and is sporting a light
mustache beard combination or goatee.

-- The following information applicable to the target
Nataly was perceived:
--- a fleet of similar wooden vessels.
--- swirling motion; flopping motion; back-and-
--- rollers; conveyor belt(s); curved surfaces;
padded seats; barrels lying on their sides; shock absorbers or
pistons.
--- concept of money (heavy rolls or cylinders
thereof).
--- a dark case of box (i.e. suitcase) on top of a
wooden locker or wardrobe.
--- kitchen sounds (spinning motion); large white
bowls; cone-shaped objects.

--- two men within a small room with buckets of
liquid; harbor area; soldiers seen by men; men are worried about
a trap; support structures; bridge; dock; wharf; mud flats.
--- latex membrane stretched flat.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C:
-- The target is a vessel that has been largely suspected
in the past of carrying contraband in the form of illegal drugs.
This vessel has a known route of travel. The vessel is
consistent of how it is smuggling drugs. The vessel is currently
on waters sailing . It is surrounded by two larger vessels. It
seems there may be an off-loading of the contraband into one of
these larger vessels in the near future (several days) and then
this vessel will go into port. This vessel may be working with
call signs as to given them indications of where to sail.
-- The contraband is hidden in big square boxes that
contain art pictures. The contraband may be inside the pictures.
The pictures contain the color blue and look like animal
pictures.
-- A brown haired man who is American has been involved
heavily with this vessel and its activities.
-- It has been very difficult to catch this vessel and
its illegal activities.
-- The name "Gabrielle/Gabriella" surfaced as to the name
of a second vessel that my be involved in illegal activities.
-- The contraband is cocaine.
-- A triangle was perceived (see attachment a).
