The target, is associated with the letter "S" in
terms of the name of the location. The activity includes a large
ship in the area which off-loads contraband onto smaller boats,
related to the main vessel, and delivers the drugs to the shore of
land or an island. The drugs are in square packages wrapped in
plastic and will then be transported alternatively from the target
location in a north western direction. A helicopter will be
involved in this scenario which monitors the transaction from
above. Communications, including radio communications are at the
site. Although something may occur within the next three days,
April 11th is an important date to the activity.
