1,. (U) Task 91-2 is Operational Project 91,008 conducted against
Target Number 2.
2. (S/NE) The target personality is a middle-aged appearing,
political leader geographically located in a Middle Eastern or Indian
type environment. He is a dark complected individual. who oftentimes
wears a distinctive, white/grey beard. He is currently preoccupied
with political oratory initiated to explain/justify a political
position of moderate foreign policy interest to the US. The target
personality's country of origin is located in the near vicinity of an
extensive body of water that appears characteristically
stagnant/brackish. The presence of a younger female, possibly the
spouse of the target personality is inferred. There is an indication
of some form of growth or power associated with energy and a structure
that appears to be of interest.
3. (U) OPS COMMENTS: The viewing appears to be influenced by events
and personalities located in the Middle East. Copies of individual
