1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: Fix and describe the location of Terry Waite.
2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: Coordinates 780701/324843. 095 was
prebriefed regarding the task and was permitted to use the viewing
methodology of choice.
3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: Tight control of structure on the part of
viewer and monitor was maintained throughout the session. Stages 1 -
3 (including movement exercises to obtain various perspectives)
concentrated upon a perceived structure. Stage 6 was employed for a
360 degree sweep, using the key structure as an anchor point, to
orient the viewer with respect to terrain in preparation for an area
sketch. After completing a wide area sketch, 095 dowsed a randomly
oriented, clear acetate overlay which was keyed to a map of Beirut.
After locating the target, the monitor removed the overlay and
replaced it with the Beirut map. 095 was directed to review the
earlier (Stage 6) wide area sketch and to attempt to determine the
location of the key structure. This accomplished, both monitor and
viewer proceeded compare the dowsing results with the analytical (map
search) results. Both locations were within one square inch (about
the area of a quarter) of each other.
[Refer to sketches and inclosure7 095 locates a key structure
(associated with the target person) at (center of mass) 33 degrees 50
minutes 40 seconds North/35 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East.

over and down as well as around. The top part is golden brown.
There is a pattern of small squarish/ diamond shaped pattern all
over it. Around it is a ridged edge. Right below the ridged
edge are some wavy shaped indentations (see drawing).
