1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: Determine the present location of LTC Higgins.
2, (S/NF'/SK) VIEWER TASKING: 003 was pre-briefed on the mission at
an earlier meeting. The viewer chose to employ dowsing for this
se:asion. Six area map sheets (supplied) were dowsed in turn (none
wee^e dowsed more than once) using the following protocol: Out of
sight of the viewer, the monitor placed index marks on a clear acetate
overlay, using different index points for each different map sheet.
The monitor, at the request of the viewer, then randomly oriented the
acetate overlay and placed it on the table in front of the viewer. A
break was taken after each attempt at dowsing, to allow the monitor to
determine the coordinates and to prepare the next overlay.
3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: Thx?ee of the six map sheets produced a null
result. The response points for the other thx~ae were, roughly:
