Approved For Relea MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD 8 JAN 91 DT-S SUBJECT: Target Control for Project 91001 (U) 1. (U) This MFR documents target control aspects of project 91001. 2. (S/NF/LIMDIS) The sealed target envelope was received by DT-S on 21 Dec 1990. A mission statement was attached to the outside of the sealed envelope, and the inside of this sealed envelope, as stated in the mission task, contained a ph g p of the target site. 3. (S/NF/LIMDIS) The following target control conditions were observed: a. The target envelope was under the total control of the DT-S Branch Chief from the time of receipt to return to DT on this date. the i tergDT-Slstaffememberhdidlnot knowvtarget envelopes or any other contents. 4. (S/NF/LIMDIS) The following specific statements are attested to and provided for the record: a. I did not open or otherwise access the target in the envelope.
