Looks good to me.
Just a couple of nits: you may want to say up front in paragraph One that the "transfer of
Stargate is from DIA to ... ". Also, spelling of fight want to add the
committee. Last thing--we really brushed over the issue of declassification, but I didn't know
if you wanted to add something about that being the issue for DDA involvement.
