In accordance with the terms of my contract and the requirements of Task A, I have
delivered to you a report which includes:
- four (4) annotated bibliographies of Star Gate-related classified and
unclassified documentation, i.e., two (2) bibliographies of reports prepared by
industry under government contract, a bibliography of documents prepared by
the Star Gate Program Office and a bibliography of available program-related
documents residing at your facility.
- a classified catalog listing all operational tasking of the program and citing
related information regarding the tasking organization and the topic of interest
- an index of a bibliography extracted from a circa-1991 program planning
document which identifies the availability of and potential value for subsequent
review for each of the 266 listed document.
I believe this deliverable with attachments completes Task A of my contract with your
organization and, thereby, request payment in the amount of
