SUBJECT: Request Star Gate Personnel Interviews
As you know, in response to a Congressionally directed action, CIA
is now performing a technical analysis of the Star Gate program. On
1 June, the CIA's Office of Research and Development negotiated a
contract with the American Institutes for Research (AIR) to perform the
analysis. In order to fully analyze the nature of the Star Gate
program, AIR has requested interviews with Star Gate program personnel.
In particular, they wish to interview the program manager and the three
remote viewers. This request was anticipated some time ago by

access these individuals in order to schedule and conduct the
interviews. With your approval, will be getting in direct
contact with you and the Star Gate personnel to schedule these
interviews.
