Approved For Release 2003/09/16 : CIA-RDP96-00791 R000200190038-6 20 June 1995 FAX to Dr. Ed May, 415-322-7960 cc: Fro Ed, Your FAX came through just fine directly Into my Mac - hopefully it will work as well at your end for this one. Re your listing, we have all of the documents here except the two (#3 & #11) from the open literature (which I assume are readily available at one of the local university or government libraries) and #4 which we do not have in either a classified or sanitized version (did you include the sanitized version In your FedEX too A couple of minor discrepancies - I think the date on our version of #2 Is Dec 88 - vice 89 on your list - but are probably the same document. I also assume #6 Is the version we have dated Apr 89. The Blue Ribbon Panel met via "conference call and It went very well I'm told. You will be happy to hear that they decided to review all of the approx 80 unclassifled/sanitized documents In addition to your recent list (some of which are obviously on both lists). The Panel has planned to hold their first meeting In Palo Alto, tentatively on or about 19-21 July. I have been asked to request that you hold your schedule open for a meeting with the Panel either on the first or last day of their meeting - not sure which yet. Ka Il g and I may have solved the apparent difficulty re his receipt of your FedEX acc e. I had given you the 20505 Zip Code which actually sends everything to P Hdqt's. I was unaware that I building has a separate address which can be used if the recipient will personally sign for the package. Hence, I presume your FedEX is working its way through the "clearing" system and will show up soon. Sorry about the "goof" but I was simply didn't know the other approach was possible.
