THE OCCASION FOR THE CONFERENCE WAS THE TWENTY FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MEDICAL PARAPSYCHOLOGY AND PEST CONTROL OF THE HALLE DISTRICT HYGIENE INSTITUTE AND THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REFERENCE LABORATORY FOR MALARIA AND OTHER PROTOZOAN DISEASES. PAPERS PRESENTED CONTAINED SCIENTIFIC RESULTS WHICH HAD BEEN OBTAINED BY COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE REFERENCE LABORATORY AND THE DEPARTMENT WITH MEDICAL FACILITIES OF THE MLU.
