MEMORANDUM FOR: Chief, Special Security Center
SUBJECT: Certification of TK Facilities
This memorandum serves as your authority to initiate
negotiations with the DIA toward preparation of an agreement
relieving DIA of the need to obtain SSC approval to certify
an already approved SCI facility as a TK facility. The goal
is to expeditiously renegotiate this procedure allowing DIA to
do their own certification of an already approved SCI facility
The Director of Security endorses this action.
