Provocations, dated 24 June 1982.
b. DCI SECOM-D-176, subject as above, dated 25 June 1985.
2. SECOM study (Reference la) was published at the FOUO level
for wider range of usefulness. Recommend update (Reference
lb) likewise be published at FOUO level.
3. Also recommend that study be included as a DIA counterin-
telligence publication and provided interested DOD and
Intelligence Community components through standard distribu-
tion channels.
