Enclosed is a note which outlines the analytic structure of the
project as we currently conceive of it. I direct your particular
attention to the analytic categories and the matrix of case possibilities
on page 3. We also spell out the first five cases'which I believe Greg
and you have discussed briefly. We are about to begin work on several of
them and would welcome your input and guidance.
We just met with one of your contracts people for the pre-award
audit. I think all went smoothly. I think we're finally getting this
ship going!
