SUBJECT: Coordination Procedures for National Security
Decision Directive 82 (NSDD-82) (U)
In accord with the President's direction in NSDD-82, a secure
conference call will be convened eaet},mgrning, Monday through
Friday at 9:00 a.m., among CPPG representatives of your agencies.
The first of these regularly scheduled calls will take place, on
March 2, 1983. An agenda for this first call is attached at
Tab A. (TS)
For subsequent calls, the Central*American working Group will
prepare a one-page summary of actions taken each day and
circulate this daily report with a proposed agenda for the
next day's ca11. This report and call agenda should be forwarded
to the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs,
with copy to CpPG principals via LDX/WASHFAX, by 7:00 p.m. each
day. (TS)
The secure conference calls will be convened by the White House
Secure switchboard. Oliver North, NSC Staff (395-2000) will
serve as the NSC point of contact for coordinating this matter.
