I . I am attaching your book for the PFIAB meeting, contain-
ing the folloring:
a. The material on the Appellate Court decision
on Marchetti. This includes the text of the decision
itself and our Employee Bulletin on the subject.
b. Howie Stoertz' office has pulled together a
briefing on SAL verification, drawing on the material you
have already used on the Hill and including a couple of
up-to-date points.
2. 1 believe you are also going to receive some points from
Tom Karamessines.
