During my absence 3"om Parrott was advised
that0 who is currently serving a tour with us on the STAT
Director's staff, is being considered for a promotion. Tom told
at we will have no problem accommodating the promotion here. STAT
is doing an excellent job and we are delighted to see him advance STAT
in his career service.
You will recall we also have a similar arrangement with
who, likeF] is employed in a position senior to the STAT
grade he now holds. When we discussed this last August you indicated
that 0 would likely be promoted during his tour with us. STATr
is doing a fine job and there will be no problem on our part should a
decision be made to promote him to the GS-16 level.
