WE JOIN Trinity University
officials in welcoming George Bush,
the former Texas congressman, back
to San Antonio fora short stay.
Bush, who has been chairman of the
Republican . party and the U.S.
ambassador to the People's Republic of
China and is now director of the Central
-Intelligence Agency, will deliver the
principal commencement address
tonight at Trinity. We can only second
the words of Trinity president Duncan
Wimpress: "George- Bush's- brilliance
in conducting national and
international affairs from the many
important posts he has held is well
known. I am particularly pleased that
his demanding schedule allows this
visit to Trinity and to San Antonio."
