(April 17). Webster would not identify the infor- mants nor call them "reporters" but said they work in "journalism, radio and television." He doubts if their superiors are aware of the "volunteers' " ac- tivities. "They serve only a limited function," Webster sdid. But they are in position to supply ongoing information. Webster's remarks came during a Palm Beach Roundtable discussion with CIA Director Stansfield Turner, who said, "We reserve the right to have a relationship with the American media under extraordinary circumstances."
