TARGETS ARE ARRANGED IN THE OAK BY SUBJECT AND WITHIN EACH SUBJECT BY COMOR TARGET NUMBER. TARGETS OF OPPORTUNITY OBSERVED DURING THE OAK REPORTING PERIOD ARE LISTED NUMERICALLY UNDER THE APPROPRIATE SUBJECT AFTER THE LISTING OF COMOR TARGETS.
