Aide's office has notified as that C-135 aircraft will be provided
for return flight, departing Washington on March 18, to be ready for
take-of from Saigon at 5:00 p. nu local on March 20. It will return
via Hawaii, arriving Washington on March 21, but specific times
have not yet been confirmed. Aircraft tail awnber is 4130.
