David advised that HAK said to have the CIA analysis updated
weekly - this is being done. David also said that HAK wanted
distribution restricted to the White House. I have not called
Helms on this recalling that you had said that you had talked with
Karanessines on this and asked him to restrict distribution
earlier.' It -s-till is being distributed to some extent in the
bureaucracy which HAK does not want.
