Of the Department of %Tustice is conducting an investigation into possible violations of- federal law arising from testimony in 1973 and 1975 before the Sanate Foreign Relations Committee and its Subcommittee on Multi- national Corporations, as well as before the more recent Rockefeller Commission. The testimony in question concerned the activities of the Central Intelligence Agency and others in Child during the period 1970-1973. in connection with this investigation, we would appreciate the opportunity of interviewing you concerning your ]knowledge of such activities.
